newbie to salt water tanks

hello, how are you....I am in Skippack and need some serious help on getting started with a FOWLR tank. you are very close by and would love to get some advice before i venture into this....all of the information seems soooo overwhelming....my brain is fried!!! been reading a lot....my goal is to put a sump in my basemebt and dt in my living room...could really use lots of help from someone as experienced as you...thank you in advance...this is the first reef site i have joined and only because i saw philly reef guy...guess reefing is not as popular here in the northeast....thanks again
