CUC Question
I am fairly new to the hobby. I have had a 20gal high tank running for about 8months now and recently started cycling a 75 gal tank. I am coming to the end of my cycle and was wondering how many and what kinds of inverts to build my clean up crew? Thanks for the input!!

Not sure on how many, but check out reefs2go they usually have great CUC deals & packages. I personally like Cerinth snails, astrea snails, and nasiarus snails.

I would start with around 30 small snails and plan on increasing those numbers up to around 60 as demand increases. I agree with the above post and also like a mix of cerinth, astrea, trocus and nasiarus snails.

I would go the opposite route and only add about a half a dozen snails. (turbo or trochus) Maybe a couple scarlet hermit crabs as well. See how they do for awhile and then adjust the population accordingly. Hopefully though if things go right, you won't have to add any more janitors to the tank.

reefcleaners.org is where I would go, go with the 30-35 gal kit as they add a lot of extras.

Reefmedic, I was going to go with reefcleaners.org. You think a CUC for half the size of the tank to start, and then can add more later is the way to go? I have a 100 gallon, and was going to get a 40-50 gallon kit.
