QT cycle question

Setup my 75g QT 1 week ago and started cycle with raw fish in the tank for 2-3 days. Got ammonia spike at around 2-4 ppm. Its been 1 week now and ammonia is still about 2ppm and only small traces of nitrite, maybe .05 ppm. The stage that I am confused about is should I be ghost feeding daily or is that only done at the end when ammonia goes to 0 and I need to test to make sure bacteria can break down the ghost feeding and stay at 0? I have not been doing any ghost feeding until yesterday i threw in a few flakes.

Its a bare tank with only an Aquaclear 110 HOB filled to the top with ceramic rings, a coralife HOB skimmer, PH, heater and also runing a reactor with carbon.

Forgot to mention I did throw in a bottle of Dr Tim's one and only in there but doesn't seem to be doing anything as many have warned. Goes to show that none of these bacteria in a bottle products work. I'm just hoping it didnt hurt the cycle process.

just leave the food in there eventually the nitrifying bacteria will grow enough to consume the NH3/NO2. once NO2 is zero then the cycle is complete. at that point you can continue to add ammonia source to the tank to keep the cycle going. the more surface area you have for the bacteria to grow the better.
