preCooked mix seafood good for fish
So Wal-Mart on has bags of mixed seafood that's precooked... Is it okay to get to feed to my anemones and fish or is raw better?

They should have mixed seafood that's not precooked. We buy a $4 bag full of all types of squid, fish, scallops, etc at our local market. Blend it up and freeze it. Add some flakes, pellets, chopped nori, and the occasional fresh garlic juice when feeding and we have some fat and happy fish.

While some people will get into the conversation that cooked is just as good, IMO raw is better.
It does not deplete any vital nutrients that may be needed. I mean I have never seen a grill floating in the ocean with fish tossing their sea-mates up on it to get cooked. Go to the seafood market of a local grocery store and pick a few things out. Flounder shrimp muscles clams tuna scallops. Blend them up in a processor with some RODI. Pour into a ziplock bag and spread out flat. Let it freeze. Then you can break it up into small cubes and just thaw some chunks when you are ready to use it.

I get some strange looks when I buy seafood for my tank at the grocery store. "Hi can I have 2 pieces of shrimp, 1 scallop ..." The one guy knows what I'm doing so he tosses a bunch of stuff in a bag and charges it out as assorted.

Same with me. Sometimes I tell them I am making dinner for just me. Two shrimp on a salad with one scallop, is very good.
Then they look at my stomach and laugh.
