Took a class on this a while back but didnt notice this posted anywhere, but this has help me.

Balancing Act

8.2 / 4.00 / 11.20 / 440 / 1320 (push growth)

8.2 / 4.50 / 12.60 / 450 / 1350 (becareful w/dkh above this)

8.2 / 5.00 / 14.00 / 460 / 1380 (above this level dkh is usually unstable)

8.2 / 5.50 / 15.40 / 470 / 

8.2 / 6.00 / 16.80 / 480 /

There's no need to target those particular parameter sets, and the numbers for natural seawater are a bit off:
