Cleaning round corners of a acrylic tank without scratching
My 75 started with serious scratches, which is why it was given to me. Through elbow grease, Novus products and the advice here, I got it clear. I read a thread on using the Magic Eraser pad for cleaning the algae, and that's been very successful. The mag cleaner I have can destroy the acrylic if even a single piece of sand gets under it (which is how it happened last time). I want to keep my hands out as much as possible, especially since it's 2 feet deep. But a flat scraper won't hit the rounded corners in the front. Do I stick with getting in there with the Eraser?
Here's the early shot when it was still scratched. Michael |

Take a magic eraser and fold it over your scraper, secure with rubber band.
