Phosban and UV sterilizer in-line?

Hello all. I have a Phosban 150 reactor with GFO. In my poor man's measurement using a timer and a bucket, I estimate that the flow through my reactor is about 80 gph (my tumble is subtle...is that high?). I'm wondering if that flow is too low for an 18W turbo twist UV sterilizer. I'd like to put it in-line with the Phosban reactor off my main pump (closed loop). If that flow is ok, would you put the UV sterilizer before or after the Phosban. I don't the the UV sterilizer would add much resistance so I could imagine either way might be ok?

By the way, I realize I could split it and use ball valves to control the flow, but then I need to add another return to my tank (remember, I don't have a sump. Closed system only.)
