Help ID this LR Growth?

Hello,

Recently on my LR, I have what appears to be a very small patch of "grass" growing. It is only about 1 cm high, and maybe 1/4" in diameter.

I tried searching for pics of "hair algae" but most pictures I find show entire rocks covered by it, so it's hard to identify if this is it.

Please see the attached pictures below. It was very difficult to get a clear picture due to size and movement. First picture is with a digi cam, second is with cell phone.
