Bubble Magus E3 settings

Hi I have recently bought a new bubble Magus skimmer for my 55 gallon FOWLR. No matter what I do this thing bubbles over

please help me fix this thing lol. I can have both return valves and air intake valves open completely and it foams clear fluid fills the cup and overflows
