DIY: Stand Complete! and quick question???

hey everybody - still waiting on my dang tank to be finished! hopefully it will be complete in the next day or two, over the weekend i knocked out my tank stand and hood. Since i am new to RC, i do not know how to bring up original post, i will ask for advice again, still need advice on LED lighting. my tank is 36"L x20"H x20"D, my questions is will (1) Value ReefBreeders light cover my entire tank length, and give the suitable lighiting all around?

here are some pictures of my stand, im open to all comments.

That's an interesting stand! Yes, the value reefbreeder should do fine. I have one on my 65 Tall and it does great!

Neat finish on that stand. You did a great job on both the stand and canopy!

just picked up a Reefbreeders Value LED from a guy of craigslist for $100, couldnt pass it up. i hope it proves to be a decent starter light, at least untill i do an upgrade. .. also just talked to my tank guy, he will not be done with the tank for another week!! man the anticipation is killing me, i was hoping to have this baby cycled by now. ... he did throw in a 5gallon bucket of salt and some live rock to keep me happy

That sounds like a good deal, congrats. The only thing I didn't like about the value fixtures is they are only manual dimmable. But it will work great for a starter light until you can either save up some cash to get a programmable one, or build one. Again congrats.

Meanie- thanks I though so too! I read on a thread about a guy who modified his to be controllable. Now i can't find that thread . The next light will be Apex ready, as I'm getting in this and seeing all these 180+ gallon tanks has got me planning the next tank and this one isn't even installed yet!?!?! Yikes I think I'm a reborn addict

Reef breeders are the best bang for Buck fixtures. Especially at $100 lol
