ich and live rock

About to upgrade to a 125 gal tank. Well wouldn't you know it my sail fin tang came down with ich. Then I noticed it on my hippo tang. These are in my current 60 gal tank which are being treated with Quinine. Removed the liverock as told to by the LFS, It is currently housed in two buckets and a tank with the contaminated water and has aeration. My question is, Do I want to get rid of my old liverock because it may harbor ich? I'm afraid to contaminate my new tank. Can I do anything to save my live rock?

Rule of thumb is to keep a tank where fish had ich fallow for 12 weeks, so if you reuse your old rock in the new tank you'd be fish less for that long.
