Flow in my new 100gallon

Hey guys, I have a couple questions. I am setting up a 100 gallon rimless 48x24x20 sps tank. I have two MP40wES and one MP10, so do you think I even need the MP10???

I was thinking the MP40s on the ends and the MP10 on the back wall facing front.

Thoughts?

having the mp10 on the back wall could be pretty cool IMO... but with 2 mp40's, you don't *need the mp10.

You will want to check the glass thickness though... mp10 may or may not work on that tank depending on how thick of glass is used.

I doubt the mp10 will hold on half inch glass. If the glass is 15mm it definately won"t hold. I'm doing the same exact tank as you 48x24x20 rimless. I'm using 2 tunze 6095's and 2 tunze 6045's. My tank will be 15mm thick.

It holds fine on the half inch glass... I had two mp10s on a cubish 75 gallon with half inch and no problems at all

Having the MP10 on back wall is a great idea. Have two MP10 in ends of my 90 and one on the back wall. Works really good.
