I am in the process of setting up another reef tank this will have SPS & LPS. I am going to run MH 14k 250W the tank is 60"x18"x22" 100gal with a 75gal refugium and 55gal sump. My question, Do you guys think I should run 2 or 3 MH's

I believe a 250 MH will cover a 2'x2' spread. I think two would be plenty. Three would be overkill.

I would probably go with 3-150 watt Radiums but a pair of 250 watt would also work.

The tank is 22H not sure if the 150's will cut it that deep? At first thats what I was going to do. And the tank is 5ft long so if I use 2 250's I don't think I can cover the tank from end to end? I could be wrong tho.

22" is no problem, par is not just a function of wattage. There are people growing sps on the sand over 30" tall tanks with 150's. The bulb, ballast and reflector all come into play, not just the wattage. You also gain an advantage of light overlap, the only drawback is buying 3 bulbs every year and a half.
