Help....Wiring a cooling fan
So I have 3 fans that are dc12v 0.15a each wired as such to the power supply which is dc12v 1A.
All red wires to black/white wire on power supply. all black wires to black wire on power supply. The fans seem to be turning in reverse and air coming out of the back. So I switched the red wires to the black wire from the power supply and black wires to the black/white from power supply and nothing. The fans don't turn at all. So what's going on? The fan motors are designed to run in only one direction. If you need the air to blow in the other direction, mount the fan flipped over.
