Flow questions, with video to critique

Just got my shallow 35g reef going. Most things swapped over from my 14g biocube, but added two cerameco fixtures and some little livestock over the last few weeks. I have had it running with a jebao wp25 on its lowest setting with lowest pulse as the main source of flow. I really wanted more of a wave motion though so I decided to bounce it off a rock and it seems to have the effect I want, but wanted to get some feedback before leaving it as is.

Additional flow you'll notice is from a koralia 240, and ac70(turned down). I run the ac70 all the time, as well as the koralia, but I kill the wp25 at night. So it usually runs from 7am to 9pm, and off for 10min for feeding time. Feather duster seems fine, fish seem fine with my clowns seeming to really like it. Only change really is that the frogspawn doesn't open 100% as it usually does with very little flow. Although he did open a bit more that what you'll see in the video. Looking in the tank it looks as how I had imagined. However looking at the water level on the top of the tank, it seems like a whole lot of water flow.

Might be a little too much flow for your frogspawn (candy cane too). Frogspawn are "lagoon corals" and do best with very low flow. Don't get me wrong, your flow looks awesome and would be perfect if you were keeping mostly SPS. Just not LPS.

I think your flow looks fine, even for the euphyllia. If the frogspawn was getting heavy uni-directional flow I would be a little worried about possibly tearing tissue I would be concerned. In your tank though, they really aren't moving that much. If the polyps withdraw or deflate, that would be a sign they are getting too much as well.

How much deeper would the ocean be if it didn't have sponges?

I had run it like this for a few hours yesterday and everything seemed to be ok with it. So I did the same settings this am and plan to let it run during the day like this and then go from there. Thanks for the tips on what to look for.
