Fluval Edge 6g Lighting Help
I am about to purchase a Fluval edge as a nano reef on my desk at home, but I need to upgrade the lighting for suitable corals such as Frogspawns, torch corals, polyps, brain coral.
I was looking at the mini T5 fixtures I can buy, but as I am looking around people say they aren't powerful enough for those corals. If that is the case, Can someone help me in the direction of a DIY LED setup and is $70 or less. I've been looking at www.RapidLed.com and www.clay-boa.com for suggestions, but I cant find the exact LEDs and other parts I will need. Also is it necessary for a dimmer? I dont know exactly how much they help or if it has any relevance if I am the kind of person that puts his lights on a timer and has a separate moon light LED for when lights go out. Thank You! Edit: is groupbuy clay boa? |

I have been aiming moreso towards the LEDs, but help me with a setup please!
I know absolutely nothing about these setups and seek advice and guidance! If it helps I want full spectrum, sky blue/ocean blue look, possibly a dimmer (unsure how necessary one is). Budget is roughly $100 |
