Lighting for a 110 Gallon Tall!

So I might be purchasing a 110 Gallon Tall (48x30x18) local person as a non drilled with mahogany stand and canopy for under 350 dollars.

I currently have a 65 Gallon with 36" Aquatic Life light with (2) 150 Watt HID and (4) T5HO. Will that light work for the new tank since I can mount the light into the canopy. Also have a 20 Gallon Long refugium and wonder if I can still use it on the 110.

So no input at all everything I read says I need a quad T5 with 2 250. but Can I use the current light and what do I need to do. Or If I go LED what kinds of system do I need for 30" deep tank?

What you have will work, but I would use a higher par bulb, either a 10k or a Phoenix or Radium bulb. The best performance will be with the 10k.

Okay so the(4) T5 (2)150 Watt 10k Bulb will be enough for a 30" deep I take the par depth will not be all the way to the bottom correct?

Other thing is I will have about 5" x 16-18" inches of room on each side could I maybe put a pair of LED on each end to add to the lighting? if so any though on what kind.

You will not have high par at the bottom, but it won't be zero either. I would suggest blue+ bulbs for the T5 for the extra par they will give. I doubt you will need to add ay LEDs to it.
