Cerith Help

My cerith has been at the top of the tank looking kind of weird, its almost completely out of its shell. Any ideas as to what could be the cause? Thanks in advance for any help.

I would just give it time. I am not sure that this necessarily means anything. It could however be that he's very weak. Is there a good source of food for the guy?
