Odd colour ID

Got a rusty coloured algae (I think it's algae) growing front and back of tank, all over the sand gravel and all over on the pipe work at top of the tank, had approx 5 turbo snails and 4 Mexican's in the tank, but lost half of them last night for some odd reason
Skimmer looks like its been working hard, all nitrates, nitrites, ammonia, etc are low or next to zero
Corals look ok..

Any suggestions..

Tank has been running for approx 3 weeks
