58 gallon filter advice

I have a 58 gallon FO tank. Also have about 25 to 30 lbs of base rock with a little live rock. I have a small blue damsel, small snowflake eel and a starry blenny in the tank. My current filteration is 2 HOB filters and a old school fluval 203 canister. My HOB are a Penguin 350 and a AC70. I also have a UV steralizer. My thoughts is to replace the old 203 with a Marineland C-220 canister which I bought a month ago and perhaps take the Penguin 350 off and add a HOB skimmer. Thanks for advice.
