Why!!!!!!!!

For some reason I get a lot of green hair algae that grows on the rocks where my return is pointed. I don't have any at any other location just in the places where my return water is hitting my rock .

Any ideas?

Perhaps the strong flow is preventing your herbivores from eating it? Move the rock or redirect the flow.
