Frags knocked around by cleaning crew.

Every morning when i wake up I find 2 or 3 corals that have been knocked off the rocks by the cleaning crew. I dont trust the glue that people use. Was wondering if anyone out there has a tip or trick to keep coral frags to stick to the rock work.

super glue containing cyanoacrylate is safe to use as well as any of the reef safe epoxy putty's. This is really the only sure fire way of getting them to stay put. Can I ask why you don't trust them?

JB Weld Water Weld. Jut be aware that your skimmer will go nuts for a couple days.

well I was going to buy some from amazon so i asked the owners if It effected their water parameters. The responses I got from customers was not good, One claimed to have all their corals close up and another said they had phosphate spikes. It left me not wanting to try it.

Cyanoacrylate glues are the standard of the hobby. Yes if you use a lot at once it will affect your skimmer but the corals and skimmer will all be fine.

You will be ok. Pull the band-aid off and try it. Just don't dump a whole tube of glue in the tank at once. Even if corals close up, its ok, they open again in time.

I had two giant turbo snails that bulldozed all of my frags, even when they had a moderate amount of super glue holding them down. I simply traded them at the LFS for smaller snails.
