New ecoxotic ecopico searching for some answers.

Im new to reefing and recently purchased both an innovative marine 16gallon nuvo tank as well as an ecoxotic ecopico 5.1 gallon. Im planning on using one of the lights from the IM and using on the ecopico because im not set on setting up the IM while i'm away at school. I have a couple questions to begin with.

1) Why does ecoxotic not post anything about PAR rating for their LED bulbs?

2) I cant seem to find filter bags small enough to fit into the ecoxotic included filter (planning on filling with a mixture of chemipure elite and purigen). Where can I find some?

3) How many pounds of live sand should I fill the ecoxotic with. Has anyone had experience with Caribsea and how does it affect cycling of a tank.
