Cool Stand build questions

I have a spare 75gallon tank I'll be using for my sump tank and have a reef ready 75g tank for the display. I was wondering if it's possible to design my stand so that I can fit the 75 sump under neath then fill it later but be able to have room to work on it when time comes. I'm going to be placing this tank in a 50 inch space. Has anyone done this ? And does any one know of a sketch program I can download on my iPad or computer to design this out or if anyone can help me that'd be awesome the tanks have the same demensions of 48x18x21. I'd like to be able to calculate howmuch wood I'll need to start and are 2x4s best or do I need 2x6s and all that fun jazz haha thanks
