new to forum, help with LPS

Hey everyone

Im new to this forum and have been in the hobby for about a year. I need some assistance with my galxea coral. I currently have a 30 gallon tank with live rock and a build my led led light. I have had the led for about a month with no change. Any feed back wuold be greatly appreciated. my PH is 8.1, ammonia is 0, nitrate and nitrite is 0. Kalk is 4/11 and the calcium is 480. Salinity is 1.25. The issue is the coral is not opening fully.

I suppose salinity is 1.025, not 1.25?

What do you have for flow? In the beginning my LPS would die after 3 months or so, and my problem seemed to be having constant flow in one direction instead of having more random, chaotic flow.
