What is this greenish egg looking sack?

Just setting up my 180L tank and bought this live rock with this greenish egg looking sack on it any one know what it is? Thanks peace.

If it's the big green bubbles, it's algae and needs to be scrubbed off now, before it spreads. Do a water change, use a brush and remove the algae in that water, then rinse off the rock in a fresh saltwater mix. Make sure you get it all now. Inspect all your rocks for more of this algae and remove it the same way.

Bubble algea is firm to the touch, you can pull if off with your fingers or hemostats then scrub the rock with a toothbrush or like. Then do a water change. I only see the one bubble but check for more and remove.

Injection with Hydrogen Peroxide is one recommended control / removal solution.

I haven't tried it yet, but do have some that I was thinking of injecting. I have read that Peroxide is toxic to shrimp. Is that true? I have a cleaner shrimp and love the little guy. I wouldn't want to see anything happen to him.
