Bipinnate Sea Fan ?

Hi,
I have a Blue Bipinnate Sea Fan(Pseudopterogorgia bipannata) that has been in my tank since the beginning of December. All was going well. For the least 5 days or so the polyps have not extended at all. Is this normal? Nothing has really changed in that time.

Alk 8.0
Calc 390
Mag 1300

It's been in a high light/high flow area of the tank

It's likely preparing to shed its skin. Just leave it alone.
