Last fish for 29 BioCube?

In the process of stocking a 29 Biocube, (FOWLR)
I think I have a plan for a good group of inverts that i like, and as far as fish go, I think I almost done with getting together some fish that I like. Note that I do not own this tank yet, so feel free to tweak the group that I have, although I really like these fish.
2 Occelaris Clowns
1 Purple Firefish
1 Blue/Pink Spotted Watchman Goby that will hopefully be paired with a pistol shrimp.

I believe I could have another species in the tank. I was intent on having a Flame Angel. But I just dont think I could fit one in. I was thinking maybe a Royal Gramma (have heard they can be aggressive) or a group of Green Chromis (I have heard they can also be aggressive) So do you guys have any ideas? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

A Bangaii cardinal would look nice. The colors of the Bangaii would really compliment the colors of the Ocellaris clowns IMO. Plus, they're not very aggressive, and should get along with all of your other fish. GL.

I would suggest to pass on the chromis. Small groupings (3) tend to dwindle to one over time and then they can get aggressive toward other tank mates. Have you thought about a hawkfish? or looking at some smaller wrasses (very colorful - tank needs to be covered). I really like the flame hawk.

I have indeed looked at Hawkfish. But whenever I see them they are always sitting at the bottom. I would already have kindof a bottom dwelling fish, and I think a more active fish that would maneuver in and out of rocks and be active would look nice because it would put fish at all levels of the tank. So do they tend to stick towards the bottom or are they more active?

Yeah. Have looked at those. But do they need to be in a larger group of 3+ or can they live comfortably alone or as a pair?

No, you can have just one or two of these fish in a tank without any problems. If your going to buy a pair though, you might want to do some research first and get a male & a female. There is a way to sex these fish, but I can't remember what it was right now.

You can do the Flame, though it might be too aggressive for the firefish I'm not sure I've never had a firefish but I hear they are timid. I have a Flame now along with a clown goby, a small False Percula, a Bangaii, and a neon dottyback. They all get along. My LR amount is over 40 lbs though and my tank has been running with the current batch of LR for almost a decade. I wouldn't throw all of those fish into a new tank at the same time, that's begging for a crash. But once your tank is up and running for a few months and cycled with lots of LR why not get the Flame.

imo the flame angel needs a bigger tank then you have. The recommend size is 70 gal for them.
The bangaii is a nice fish. You can sex them via the vent method (males has 2 vents, female has 1)
I have a pair of them as well as a pair of pajama cardinalfish

Definitely skip the flame angel. They need a large tank with plenty of live rock for grazing.
