help on a sps 20 long lighting

I'm setting up a 20 gallon long with a 20 sump. This tank will be used to grow out my sps frags and a quarantine for new frags. What would you recommend for lighting. Thank you Greg

A decent 4 bulb T5 fixture is my vote. It doesn't need to be top of the line with the shallow tank. Just use some good bulbs.

Go with a single metal halide pendant system - 150 watt 14K or 20K.

Great for SPS.

If you're thinking of LEDs...
I am currently using two of the Ecoxotic Panorama Pro LED strip lights (one 24" Marine LED and one 24" Actinic Blue LED) over my frag section and I love it.

If I plan on beginning a 20L nano reef, I am going to use those lights over it.
The two strips can run off of one transformer and are dimmable.
Great colors and growth from my frags.

I have the same ballast for the Let Lighting but no reflectors should I also get their reflectors?, I will be setting up the same tank for a sps frag tank.
