Filter feeder

I put in a 3 head green torch coral into my Fluval Spec V and realized there is a feather like thing popping in and out of a tube in the middle of one of the heads - is this something to be worried about or should I just leave it alone?

Thanks

Barnacle. I've had them in a few heads of torch corals, the heads that have had barnacles have ultimately died, not sure if it's due to the barnacle or not.
