Coral dip bad for coralline?
I'm going to be buying reef rock from a private source for my newly set up reef. I intend to "dip" it as though it is new coral. My real search is for good seed coralline, but am wondering if coral dip will kill it? Anyone?

The coralline would be fine, but I don't think its a very good idea to dip the rock

Thanks for your response. I have had all sorts of unwelcome critters arrive on MR including flatworms, bristle worms etc. I am at the end of the nitrogen cycle on my new reef and want to start up with as few nasty surprises as possible. I have about 40lb of dry rock in the tank now with a couple of seed rocks for the coralline. So far I've had a copped hatch which is fantastic. I'm still trying to be cautious.
