Is my tank ready for the fishes?

My tank is cycling for the past 33 days.

Just did a water change yesterday and measured the Salinity and Specific Gravity using JBJ DIGI-LAB

Salinity : 34ppt
SG : 1.026
Temp: 24.3 C

Ammonia / Nitrite / Nitrate ~ 0 (Used API freshwater kit)

Is my tank ready for the fishes?

I would say yes but a couple of invertebrates are the most appropriate first inhabitants. However one small fish should be fine

Not sure how accurate the API freshwater kit is for saltwater?

+1 here - I would go and get some salt water test kits.

Also having 0 nitrate after a cycle concerns me a little. Did you see a spike in ammonia and nitrite during your cycle?? Have you been ghost feeding the tank small amounts of food to keep bacteria levels up?

Started to ghost feed (tetra bits) every other day, since two weeks back.

Read in lot of forums, except the PH test, API freshwater kit can be used for Marine also. Let me know if this is wrong.

I would never trust a test that did not specify it was for saltwater. I know some can go for both, but not sure which ones.

Better safe than sorry.

You should be ok but like everyone stated pick up some marine specific test kits, I personally like red sea test kits not to expensive and pretty easy to use. They also offer refills on the reagents which make them more affordable than say elos kits where you have to spend the cost of a new kit everytime.
