Blue pebbles on LR

I just got home from my LFS & brought home 10lbs live rock. I got some tonga branches and another LR, not sure what it is. When I placed the LR in my tank & swished it around removing air bubbles from travel I noticed little blue pebbles falling off the LR into my sand bed. I'm not sure what it is but ill post a pic once my tank isn't cloudy. Hope I can get a response. Thanks
