Quick Photo Period Question

Just curious, I'm currently running an older MaxSpect 110W LED fixture that has very little flexibility when it comes to the light schedule. There are two sets of lights (actinic and whites), each having one on time and one off time. The moonlights stay on all the time. I currently have it connected to my Apex, but it's just set to manual on.

There is a good mix of whites and blues when both lights are on, but with just actinics on it looks too blue for me. Just the whites looks more like a sunrise. I'm currently running the actinics about 3 hours on each side of the whites for a total of about 11 hrs.

Question: Is there a rule as far as what spectrum of light has more par (white/blue)? Would I do any harm to reverse the light cycle (run the actinics midday and the whites for the full 11 hrs?

I can't wait to build a LED fixture that I can control from the Apex...
