Margarita snail on back

One of my 2 margarita snails seems to get stuck on his back quite a lot. I've flipped him back over twice and there he is again. Can they right themselves or should I continue to flip him over? I hear margarita snails are not acclimated to temps above 76, is this true? My tank is at 78.

Some snails can, others cannot. I think this variety cannot.
