Such thing as a weak fish?

Alright so first of all this retains to my mollies that I just converted from full fresh, the mollies are fine as the female swims around and is inspecting the rock shrimp and all other weird saltwater stuff. But more so my male than my female if my powehead is turned on the cannot seem to handle the current and eventually get by my powerhead and gets stuck to the side, my female also every once in a while will get stuck to the intake to my rear chamber ( I have a biocube 29) but right now they are in a floating critter cage but I am afraid to let them go because I know my male will die from getting sucked from my powerhead, and I would turn it off but it makes my other corals so much better

They just have to get used to it. I had some mollies in my biocube 29 and was running an mp10. Started off with the lowest setting and slightly increased every few days. They eventually got used to it. The babies will hide in the rock work until they are big enough to come out into the currents.

How long did you acclimate them?

@ ghill762 I wish!
And I acclimated them over a period of 9 hours ( I started from absolute fresh rodi to 1.024sg) every 30 mins roughly or when the mollies looked like they had accepted the change in salinity ( usually a .001 increase at a time so like 1.000 then 1.001 then 1.002)

Update my male sadly died, I am thinking it is because of the powerhead though because he did get pretty damage by that and before he got stuck on it he was swimming around more than the female. I will retry with a new male sometime this weekend
