shrimps first?

My tank is cycled and stable, and the CUC is in and seems to be doing well.
I will soon start QTing my first fish (the QT tank is almost cycled) and was wondering:

can I add shrimps to my display tank at this early stage, before any fish go in?
I was thinking 2 skunk cleaners and 2 fires. The tank is a 135 with just crabs, snails, and brittle stars so far.
