ATO Preferance
I am thinking that I will build my own ATO device. I am planning on a gravity based system. My set up will allow me to fill my 5g reservoir by closing one valve and opening two others.
I am curious though, what do you do and what are the pros and cons. Pumps and float switches Gravity fed Pumps and pressure switches |

Pumps and floats pro's are flexibility and easy to use with a kalk reactor.
Downsides small electric bill, and a few bucks to start it up. I've found the floats were far more reliable then the pressure floats. Downside to a gravity is finding the right space for enough storage water. |
