Question ATO Preferance

I am thinking that I will build my own ATO device. I am planning on a gravity based system. My set up will allow me to fill my 5g reservoir by closing one valve and opening two others.

I am curious though, what do you do and what are the pros and cons.

Pumps and float switches
Gravity fed
Pumps and pressure switches

Pumps and floats pro's are flexibility and easy to use with a kalk reactor.
Downsides small electric bill, and a few bucks to start it up.

I've found the floats were far more reliable then the pressure floats.

Downside to a gravity is finding the right space for enough storage water.

I would agree with that statement. My particular set-up I do have the space so it makes sense.
