I'm writing one that will not only track levels but will tell you what your 2-part dosages need to be. But it's nowhere near finished yet.

I use AquaPlanner to remind me of various tasks etc... It also allows you to track testing. I prefer a spreadsheet though for tracking testing results and calculating dosing etc...

If you are just looking for a log we have one posted here on Reef central: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2089309
I set up the original log sheet and Mojave Reefer was kind enough to add all the grafs.

I've been happy with Aqua Planner, for IOS. Otherwise used to use excel or google docs, cause any reef junkie will tell you the need access to their parameters at all times!

I used AquaPlanner Pro, but wasn't a big fan of it never being updated. I now use Aquarimate. It is 100% better than AquaPlanner. They also offer free cloud storage of your database should something happen to your device. It's a manual backup, but doesn't cost anything.

It's an awesome app and their support is virtually instantaneous if you run into a problem or have any questions.

I use Aquarimate as well. Pricy, but I think it's worth it. It can also track your livestock with Aquaribase as well.

Edit: Spelling.

Love it! Wish code was allowed in signatures because they have a link that will show your most recent tank readings

Gonna be a grave digger here. I've been using aquaticlog.com Love it, tracks all your inhabitants and chemistry and everything. The phone app is pretty bland, only allows you to enter chemistry measurments but the website portion is pretty awesome, its like aquarium facebook http://www.aquaticlog.com/aquariums/titanuranus/
