Fluval G6 versus sump
what are your thoughts on the Fluval G6 system versus sump? Im new to saltwater and trying to set up a system and this seems like a viable alternative?

If a G6 is a cannister, than a sump or hang on back skimmer and phosban reactor is better.

Not sure on your display size but a sump will support the use of equipment (skimmer, heater, ATO, ATS, reactors and whatever else needed without trashing the appearance of the display tank. Look at the pics of a tank similar to your vision for your tank and figure where all that stuff would be on your tank without the sump. Good luck
