Lump on my peppermint shrimp

I noticed this today while he was eating. Should I be worried?

Looks like his stomach is off center??

Or is it just trick photography? Is the stomach (dark spot) centered WITH an additional lump on the side? OR the dark spot is bulging out?
Regardless.... I'm gonna say whatever it is you can't fix.... business as usual and hope for the best!

Striations on his body look like it is definitely internal. If it is a parasite I don't "think" it would be able to transfer to fish. I would just watch it. If it is behaving normally I would think it was ok. Maybe a tumor or a deformation. Has it molted lately?
