Biopellets reactor

Hello all,
to avoid using an additional pump I was able to connect my reactor with biopellets to my chiller return. This provides a decent amount of flow and is working now while the chiller is not needed to be ran. When I run the chiller, will the chilled water running through the reactor cause it to be less effective?
Thanks in advance for the replies.
