Need help tuning ASM G5 Skimmer

Hi all,

Last year i've bought a used G5 skimmer for my new tank build, I just tried starting it, and it's keep on overflowing, My water level in the sump section is at around 10".

anyone have any insight on how to use/tune those skimmers? I am about to call it quits on that skimmer if i am unable to get it to work

I'll give it a shot, system is not running yet but would it be ok if I let it overflow?

Twist the output tube and push it downward. That should lower the skim level.
