Need help connecting multiple RO/DI units

In my fish room (in the basement) I have 1 RO/DI unit connected with a faucet adaptor.

I recently added a second RO/DI unit and to get it setup I split the connection to my refrigerator. As expected my refrigerator has lost water pressure.

This weekend I'm going to replace the saddle valve that supplies the refrigerator with a actual soldered-in valve.

I would like to add 2 more connections like this for each RO/DI unit but I'm unsure how close they can be to each other.

I'm assuming if I put them all next to each other the last one in line would get the least amount of pressure.

Any help is appreciated!
