Feather Duster?

Found this in my tank last night and was curious if it is a little feather duster. When I moved the rock to get some crabs it sucked all the tentacles back in and in a few minutes it was right back out of his shell.

Not exactly sure, it doesn't look like a feather duster but the tube does look like the base of a feather duster, if I had to guess I would say not one.
