vicks warm vapor humidifier reef safe?

Would it be safe to run one of these in the same room as my reef? It has the vicks rub on the lid.

My son is sick and sleeping with us tonight so the wife wants to plug in the warm mist instead of the cool mist.

I would venture to guess that your reef room is humid enough..maybe just rub Vicks on your kid's chest? My grandma used to do that.

Good luck!

Put vicks on your child's feet, and then put socks on. You will notice the difference. I do it to my kid all the time.

+1 on the vicks on the feet, for what ever reason it seems to work better then putting on their neck back and chest

if your reef open top or canopy? I'd say safe with canopy, and safe with open as long as its far enough away. I have had a reef near my kitchen for a few years and you can't imagine all the chemicals we have had sprayed in the air over my open top reef.

That works very good. I'm over 40 and still do it when I get sick.

Between the toes? I don't know if I'd like that. Or maybe I just might like that. Hmm.

Vicks on feet works wonders. Helps them sleep throughout the night.
