Got free snails.
So a guy I know have me 125 snails today he said i need that many for my size tank. He has a 225 I have a 93 cube. I tossed them in and there is so many. Should I give most of them back to him? After they eat my algae

Was googling snail they look like a mix of Nassarius Snails and Periwinkle or turbo Snails mainly Nassarius.

If he gave you mainly Nassarius which stir the sand bed and are detritivores, they will do nothing for your algae issue. If you do not have a heavy bio load and enough food/detritus for them, they will starve. Give some back to him.
