Worm IDs are very difficult, even for experts. It looks kid of like a Eunicid Worm (some are bad, others good), but I don't recall ever seeing a white one. Here are a couple of good websites that may help you with the ID:

With the antenae on the front I would also say eunicid and remove it to be safe. Some are fine but if you have the bad one you may not find it again until it eats your fish.

Looks like the five pincer front of a baby eunice to me as well. Probably safer to remove as they can be a problem.
