damaged Eshopps Skimmer

Mistake in thread title. I Received an EShopps R300 Sump. Opened it up and found a crack running diagonally about 1 inch from the corner. When I tried to turn it on its side to see better, the seam of another side came loose. I know this could have happened anywhere along the shipping route. I called Aquacave and couldn't get an answer. Possibly I can fix it but I am at a loss on how to seal cracks in acrylic. Besides why should I have to. This sucker was $320.!

Aqua cave will replace it. Call them instead of email. They have decent customer service and it is definitely covered.

Thanks Dp. WoW does this grind things to a halt. Broken stuff and tooth aches always happen on the weekend.

I called Aquacave and talked to their rep Shaun about the damaged R 300 Sumo.. He asked that I get pictures to him of the damage which I did . No sooner than I sent them, Aquacave had a replacement on the way to UPS for me.

Now how is that for great customer service? Can't be better in my book.
