Anemone diagnosis

Can't anyone tell me what's up with this bubbletip anemone. All water paremeters are stable. It hasn't released its tentacles in over a week.
The color is still in the tips and it has stayed attached to the rock.
It will deflate at night and has even digested out a few times which doesn't seem possible since it can't feed itself, unless it's just opening it's mouth at feeding time.
